Payment Policy

Payment methods offered by N-TenseCity Enterprises LLC are displayed at checkout. Depending on the transaction and payment provider, these may include major credit cards, debit cards, approved digital wallets, Cash App, Venmo, or other supported methods.
Secure payment handling
Card and wallet transactions should be completed only through the checkout or payment link we provide. Never email us a full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, password, or payment-app login information. Our contact form is for messages, not payment credentials.
Authorization & order acceptance
A payment authorization or pending charge does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. Orders remain subject to inventory, fraud-prevention review, pricing accuracy, and fulfillment acceptance. If an order cannot be accepted after payment is captured, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Card fees
We currently do not add a separate surcharge solely for paying by credit or debit card on this website. If this policy changes, any lawful fee will be disclosed clearly before payment and implemented only in accordance with applicable law, card-network rules, and processor requirements.
Cash App & Venmo
Cash App or Venmo is accepted only when the option is expressly offered by N-TenseCity for that transaction or appears through an approved checkout/payment flow. Do not send unsolicited payments to usernames, phone numbers, or accounts obtained from unofficial messages or social-media comments.
Taxes
Applicable sales and use tax is calculated and collected as required by law. N-TenseCity Enterprises LLC is registered to collect Maryland sales and use tax.
