These Terms govern use of N-TenseCity.com and purchases made directly from N-TenseCity Enterprises LLC and its divisions. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this site.
Business & divisions
N-TenseCity Enterprises LLC operates the N-TenseCity website and may operate divisions including N-Tense Cosmetics, N-Tense Access, Lyrical N-TenseCity, N10 AI/Technology, and N-Tense Merch. Products, services, availability, and division-specific terms may vary.
Product information & availability
We try to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate. Colors and appearance can vary by display, packaging can change, and occasional errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, decline or cancel an order, or remove an item from sale when reasonably necessary. If an accepted payment is affected by a cancellation, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment or otherwise communicate acceptance. We may use reasonable fraud-prevention or identity-verification measures before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Payments
Payment methods actually available will be displayed at checkout. We may support major credit cards, debit cards, approved digital wallets, Cash App, Venmo, or other methods when enabled through our payment providers. Availability can change by order, device, provider, and region.
Never send card numbers, CVV/security codes, account passwords, or payment credentials by email or through the contact form. Payments should be completed only through the checkout or payment method we provide for the transaction.
At this time, N-TenseCity does not add a separate website surcharge solely for paying by credit or debit card. If a lawful payment-specific fee is ever introduced, it will be clearly disclosed before payment and handled in accordance with applicable law, card-network rules, and processor requirements.
Taxes
N-TenseCity Enterprises LLC is registered to collect Maryland sales and use tax. Applicable sales tax and other required transaction taxes will be calculated, collected, and remitted as required by law. We do not publish our sales-tax account or license number on the public website.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Promotions, discounts & pricing
Promotions may have separate conditions, expiration dates, quantity limits, or exclusions. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. “Retail” or comparison pricing, where shown, is for general comparison and may vary by retailer, time, location, and promotion.
Wholesale & resale inquiries
Wholesale, Faire, reseller, or business-to-business inquiries are subject to separate approval, pricing, minimums, documentation, tax/resale requirements, and terms that may be provided before an order is accepted.
Website use
You may not use the site to commit fraud, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape protected content in violation of law or these Terms, impersonate another person, or misuse our branding or intellectual property.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, N-TenseCity branding, original graphics, website text, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to N-TenseCity Enterprises LLC. Third-party product names, trademarks, and imagery belong to their respective owners.

The site may use or link to third-party services, payment providers, social platforms, shipping carriers, or external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer & limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and we are not responsible for outages, carrier delays, third-party service failures, or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States and Maryland law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where required.
